Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (2009). He specialized in Commercial Law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (pending degree). In his professional performance he has been related to the formation and constitution of companies, he has participated in the restructuring of companies after the change of shareholders, advising clients during these processes. He has extensive experience in the corporate management of companies in aspects such as draft of company boards of directors minutes, drafting of shareholders meetings minutes, sale of shares, dissolution of companies and corporations, among others. Likewise, he has handled negotiations related to real estate sales, with hereditary communities and the sale of its assets. He currently is the Corporate Department Coordinator.  He is fluent in english and spanish.
