Attorney at law, graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela, (1972), specialist in Civil Procedural Law with post-graduate studies at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He holds a diploma in commercial arbitration from Florida International University, USA.  Likewise, he took post-graduate courses in commercial matters and studies in maritime insurance, evidence in procedural law, cassation appeals and commercial matters. He has attended national and international congresses on procedural law and commercial arbitration. In his professional practice he has worked as a litigation lawyer in arbitration, civil, commercial and family matters, formalization and challenge of cassation appeals.

He has acted as legal representative of several banking entities and currently he has successfully acted in judicial proceedings of recognized renown. His main activity at the firm is as a litigation lawyer.  
He is a member of the Board of Directors of CORPORACION TELEVEN, C.A., as well as its legal representative. Director of other companies of the social media. Advisor of GTME DE VENEZUELA, S.A. and Director of companies dedicated to the Automotive Industry (Toyota Vehicle Dealership). Member of the Bar Association of the Federal District and Miranda State.  Awarded the Medal of Merit for Professional Work by the Bar Association of the State of Miranda and holds the decoration of Merit for Work in its First Class by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.  Senior Partner of the law firm Viso, Rodríguez, Cottin, Medina, Ramírez y Asociados.  Understands English and French.
